The medical complex was designed as a regional medical facility to meet Sacramento's healthcare needs for the next 50 years, and serve the needs of the patients in Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado and Yolo counties’ and patients across 27 counties in northern California and western Nevada. The new Anderson Lucchetti Women’s and Children’s Center, named in honour of the family of the late Fred Anderson, founder of the Pacific Coast Buildings Products, Inc., offers the highest level of neonatal and paediatric intensive care and other services. The remodelled Sutter General and Cancer Center houses new space for orthopaedic, spine, neuroscience, cancer, transplant and medical/surgical services. At the completion of the medical campus in late 2010, Sutter General Hospital was renamed the Ose Adams Medical Pavilion in honour of a generous donation from Sacramento philanthropists Enlow and Melena Adams Ose.

One Zone were involved in the design of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health services for this hospital.

One Zone undertook the full modelling & coordination for the fire protection services against all other services for the new the $1.2 billion 78,000m2 children’s hospital in Perth, Australia.

Fabrication drawings and documentation were produced for the contractor from the 3D model and all pipework prefabricated drawings were used on site for installation purposes.

The 1,000 bed, Royal London Hospital, provides district general hospital services for the City of London and Tower Hamlets and specialist tertiary care services for the patients from across London and beyond.

Britain’s biggest new hospital includes London’s leading trauma and emergency care centre, one of the UK’s biggest pedriatric services units, provided within a dedicated Women and Children’s Hospital.

One Zone undertook the detailed design of the building services for this hospital; electrical distribution, lighting, power, ancillaries, HVAC, domestic water and medical gas systems.
